Personnel & Training

Beginning in the fall of 2020, the faculty will be trained in the use of Diversity-Responsive Teaching Strategies. Year-long observations by the new principal will focus on how well the faculty are reaching all students in their care. 

A Human Resources Manager was hired and tasked with implementing best hiring practices and diversity training.

Diversity and Inclusion training took place for Faculty and Staff on August 19. Facilitated by Troy Cicero at Multicultureal, they presented skills to empowers faculty with tools, skills, strategies, knowledge, and awareness, to take accountability for their thoughts, emotions, attitudes, actions, and behavior, for immediate workplace application. The MulticultuReal® ‘Relationship’ & ‘Accountability’ Model™ is a 4 Level / 10 Step “game-changer” Tool designed to establish relationships and empower accountability.  It is unequivocally, the solution we need in our world and the workplace today.
