Retreats

Students attend at least one retreat each year during their time at Trinity. For more information on these retreats, see below:

Kairos:
Campus Ministry offers an optional three-day overnight Kairos retreats each year. Kairos is a retreat designed for High School students that takes place at Catholic schools all over, with each school having its own unique takes and practices. For many students and adult volunteers around the United States, Kairos has been an extraordinary and transformative experience. Students who attend will have opportunities to reflect upon and pray with their relationships with God, themselves, and others. They will hear from both peers and adult leaders, reflect on their own spiritual journeys, connect joyfully with their peers, and be invited into prayer both communally and individually.

Juniors and Seniors are eligible to participate in this rewarding experience that is a tradition at Trinity High School. The retreat takes place at Loyola University Retreats and Ecology Campus in Woodstock, Illinois.

Class Retreats:

Each year students will spend a day engaging in reflection, and joyful community with their peers. The themes for these retreats are different each year and decided by Campus Ministry and the Senior Lamp Leaders.
