Wyndword
“Let words be wind” is the motto of Wyndword, Trinity’s yearbook staff. This phrase captures the idea of communication as the dynamic spirit of any community. The Wyndword staff takes great pride in its long tradition of recording through words and images the annual history of Trinity High School . Wyndword’s purpose is to create an exciting yearbook that not only celebrates the people and events of the school year but that also preserves me mories, our link to the past, part of our identity.
The planning and publication of Wyndword begins each September with a lively discussion of the selected the me for the year. Usually, this the me is an idea that is unique to recent events either in the school itself or in the larger community. The the me is a well-kept secret throughout the year as the staff works diligently to me et their three major deadlines: in November, January and February. The success of the yearbook depends on the cooperation and hard work of many me mbers, editors and assistants. Each one brings her own unique insights and interpretations about the most important aspects of the school year. The staff me ets everyday after school (except Fridays) in room 205. Anyone who likes to share ideas, stretch her imagination, write, take pictures, design lay-outs, and just have a lot of fun creating a book of me mories that will last a lifetime is invited to join.
